Maria offers Deep tissue and trigger point release, relaxation, Hot Stones and full body Massage including face and scalp techniques.

My Welcome Ritual for my 1 hour or more treatments

Your session will start with a Foot spa and Herbal tea of your choice, while I put heat packs on your shoulder and neck. Your feet will be soaked while we chat about your goals for your personalised treatment.

Having time to unwind from your busy day is very important to get the most out of your allocated Massage time.

You will choose a preferred scent out of Neroli (soothing and relaxing) or Ylang Ylang (stimulating and uplifting), this scent will then be mixed with my Certified Organic Coconut oil and warmed in my hot cabinet.

My welcome ritual is not included in your treatment time.
